Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop Brycos at:

Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

3. Products
Our online shop sells physical products, especially T shirts and hoodies.
The products are produced and shipped through a print on demand provider, currently Shirtigo.
This means that products may only be produced after the customer has placed an order.
4. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
The customer may place products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before submitting the order, the customer can review and change the order details at any time.
By clicking the order button in the checkout, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded when we accept the order by sending an order confirmation by email or by shipping the goods.
5. Prices
All prices are final prices.
As a small business owner within the meaning of Section 19 of the German VAT Act, no VAT is charged or shown.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
6. Payment

Payment is made immediately during the order process.
The goods will only be produced and shipped after successful payment confirmation.
7. Delivery and shipping
We ship worldwide.
Shipping is handled through Shirtigo or the national and international shipping partners used by Shirtigo.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 3 to 5 business days.
The delivery time within the European Union is usually 2 to 5 business days.
The worldwide delivery time is usually 5 to 8 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider, production workload, public holidays, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.
If several products are ordered, they may be shipped together or separately.
8. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, product, order quantity and shipping method.
The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Free shipping above a certain order value is currently not offered.
9. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
10. Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

11. Return shipping costs in case of withdrawal
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
The withdrawal must be clearly declared. Simply returning the goods without a clear withdrawal statement is not sufficient.
12. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we kindly ask the customer to contact us as soon as possible.
The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Defective or incorrect goods
The statutory warranty rights apply.
If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, the customer may contact us by email:

In such cases, we will review the matter and, where legally required, offer an appropriate solution, especially a refund.
14. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health.
In the case of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.
15. Contract language
The contract language is English.
For customers in Germany, German legal information may also be provided.
16. Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text and send the order details and these Terms and Conditions to the customer by email.
These Terms and Conditions can also be accessed on our website at any time.
17. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
Product Information
Our products are produced through our print on demand partner Shirtigo.
Some products are made only after an order has been placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Since our products are not personalized by the customer, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
