1. Shipping area
We ship worldwide.
Our products are produced and shipped through our print on demand partner Shirtigo.
Depending on the delivery address, shipping is carried out by national or international shipping providers.
2. Delivery times
The delivery time within Germany is usually 3 to 5 business days.
The delivery time within the European Union is usually 2 to 5 business days.
The worldwide delivery time is usually 5 to 8 business days.
For print on demand products, processing begins after successful payment confirmation.
Because products may be produced only after an order has been placed, delivery times may vary in individual cases.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, product, order quantity and selected shipping method.
The exact shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Free shipping above a certain order value is currently not offered.
4. Partial deliveries
If several products are ordered, they may be delivered together or in separate shipments.
The customer will not incur additional shipping costs unless these were already shown during the checkout process.
5. Customs, duties and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply.
These charges are not collected by us and must be paid by the customer.
The exact amount may vary depending on the destination country. Please contact your local customs authority before placing an order if you need further information.
6. Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and is returned to us or to the shipping provider, we will contact the customer.
Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipping if the customer is responsible for the incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Returns
Before returning any goods, please contact us by email:

If the customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
8. Damaged or incorrect goods
If a product arrives damaged or if the customer receives the wrong product, the customer should contact us by email and, if possible, include photos of the issue and the order number.

In case of a justified complaint, we will review the matter and offer an appropriate solution, especially a refund.
The customer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
